"We chartered the Black Tortuga for a week in the USVI. Captain Troy and Chef Jody took phenomenal care of us and the food was outstanding. They are a dynamic duo! We swam with turtles and sting rays, had a bonfire on a secluded beach, caught fresh fish, and had some amazing sailing experiences. The boat was very well provisioned and clean. We also were extremely impressed with the crew's handling of the yacht. They are true professionals!"

While the setting was idyllic, sailing from one amazing cove to another, snorkeling and dropping anchor for another glorious sunset, it was actually Captain Troy and Chef/Mate Jody who made the trip. Welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and very skilled at what they do. We knew we were in capable hands, and it made it one of the most relaxing weeks I’ve ever had. We all returned feeling genuinely refreshed. And the meals were out of sight! Delicious, amazing, fresh ingredients, clever presentation and variety of homemade deserts."
