Menorca Sample Itinerary

Menorca is the wildest of the Balearic Islands, a nature lover’s dream shaped by contrasting landscapes: red-orange cliffs, lush green trails, secret sea caves, and aquamarine waters. While quieter and more exclusive than its sister islands, it boasts some of the most stylish beach clubs and iconic bars in the Mediterranean. Exploring it by yacht unlocks hidden coves, off-the-map hikes, and unforgettable sunsets best experienced from the sea.

Day 1: Mahón Port to Es Grau

Begin your charter in Mahón, where your crew will warmly welcome you aboard and guide you through the personalized journey ahead. Set sail north to the tranquil bay of Es Grau, part of the S’Albufera nature reserve. Ease into the rhythm of yacht life with a relaxed swim or paddleboard session along the serene coastline. As the sun sets, tender ashore for a welcome dinner at Tamarindo, a chic local gem known for its fresh seafood and stylish views over the bay. Return onboard for a peaceful night anchored beneath the stars.

Day 2 : Es Grau to Cala Pregonda

After breakfast, cruise west along the northern coast to Cala Pregonda, one of Menorca’s most stunning and unusual anchorages. Famous for its orange-red cliffs and golden sand, it feels otherworldly and untouched. Snorkel through crystal-clear waters, kayak between rock formations, or explore on foot. Enjoy lunch onboard with panoramic views of this Martian-like landscape, then relax in the afternoon sun before anchoring for the night in this serene spot.

Day 3 : Cala Pregonda to Cala Morell

Continue cruising west to Cala Morell, a dramatic cove known for its white limestone cliffs and prehistoric cave dwellings carved into the rock. Spend the day snorkeling, cliff-jumping, or paddleboarding along the rugged shoreline. Take in the raw beauty from the deck as your private chef prepares a leisurely lunch. As evening arrives, enjoy golden hour from the cliffs or dine al fresco on deck beneath the stars.

Day 4 : Cala Morell to Cala en Porter (Cova d’en Xoroi)

Today you’ll cruise south to Cala en Porter, home to one of Spain’s most iconic bars: Cova d’en Xoroi. Perched within a cliffside cave with panoramic sea views, this legendary venue hosts sunset cocktails and live music from world-class DJs. Spend the afternoon swimming in the sheltered cove or relaxing onboard before heading to Xoroi in the evening. After a magical night of music and views, return to your yacht for a tranquil sleep at anchor.

Day 5 : Cala en Porter to Cala Mitjana and Beach Club Stop

Set course toward the south coast to anchor at Cala Mitjana, one of Menorca’s most iconic calas. Here, white cliffs cradle a lush pine forest and brilliant blue water. Swim, sunbathe, or explore the nearby caves. Then tender ashore to enjoy a long lunch at Chiringuito Es Bruc, a laid-back beachfront restaurant known for its Menorcan cuisine. In the late afternoon, visit Ushuaïa Beach Club Menorca (seasonal pop-up or substitute with Beach Club Binisafua), where you can sip cocktails with your feet in the sand and unwind to Balearic beats.

Day 6 : Cala Mitjana to Cala Macarella and Macarelleta

Cruise west to Cala Macarella and Cala Macarelleta, twin calas famed for their glowing turquoise seas and pine-backed cliffs. Arrive early to enjoy their peaceful beauty before day-trippers arrive. Spend the day hiking the clifftop trails or snorkeling in the protected bays. For lunch, you can either dine onboard or tender ashore to Susy Restaurant, a local favorite just above Macarella serving fresh seafood and Menorcan classics. Enjoy your final full night anchored in this postcard-perfect setting.

Day 7 : Cala Macarelleta to Mahón Port

After a relaxed morning and swim, begin your journey back east to Mahón Port. Arrive with time to explore the historic harbor, browse artisan markets, or enjoy a walk through the cobbled streets. In the evening, your chef will prepare a special farewell dinner onboard to celebrate a week of discovery, connection, and Menorca’s wild, elegant charm.

Day 8 : Disembarkation in Mahón

Enjoy a final breakfast on deck, soaking in the calm morning light. Disembark with the peaceful rhythm of Menorca still in your heart—memories of private calas, cliffside sunsets, and the joy of experiencing the island the way it’s meant to be seen: by sea.
